Future Shop Cell Shop Quality

I felt it was important to speak publicly about this subject at this time as I certainly do not want anyone to walk into a Future Shop and think that this is a CBSF quality issue.

Over the past few months, we have been receiving an increasing amount of calls reporting white laminate shrinking and cracking spontaneously in stores. Meaning that the furniture would be delivered, merchandised and opened for business and several days later, the laminate would begin reacting negatively.
We are working with our Formica representatives to come to a solution but to date we have had limited success. We are anxious to get this resolved as quickly as possible as it reflects poorly on us, but unfortunately we are at the mercy of our vendors processes right now.

I’ll keep you updated as we sort it out.
