Summer is here so in keeping with the spirit of my past blogs, I’m going to talk a bit about youth sports as it is my life outside of work. Its soccer time!!

The CBSF 9 year olds have gotten off to a bit of a slow start as they’ve had their first game and practice rained out. We’re looking forward to Thursday and a clear forecast.
On the other hand, the CBSF 6 year olds stormed into the season with a convincing 2-0 win and a shutout for little Morris in net.
On the subject of little Morris, he has been selected to play for the Vaughan Rangers this year, which in turn means that the season doesn’t really end. Its a summer full of practices and tournaments… Not sure what I was thinking with that one, but we’ll see.
We delivered our first Sangster’s Health Centre store recently and it went off without a hitch. Jim Salema brought this fabulous new addition in to join our elite group of customer partners and made sure that the transition was a smooth one with the help of the rest of our forces. This is yet another example of maximizing all of the services that we offer our clients. It was a turnkey proposal that had CBSF supply all of the millwork, metal and signage components along with the installation. We’re also very proud to have been selected by The Source electronics and more store to help them design a series of fixtures to help them continue to improve their image as a home office and small business partner. More to come on that, I can’t say any more. Top Secret!

Lastly, with a little assistance from Formica, we have begun the execution of the repairs to the Future Shop units as planned and will be complete by end of June. Once we make a commitment to our customers, we follow it through to the end and regardless of blame, we take responsibility for the end product.
