Olympics, The Superbowl and Vaughan Hockey Update

The Olympics are here and how cool is that!!!!!
Watched the snowboard cross today. Mike Robertson should have won gold. What a great race. I’m so excited about the prospects we have, its going to be an amazing year. We were fortunate to have been approached by a group of retailers to provide them with a design and production of an outstanding retail space in the Canadian Pavilion in Vancouver. It came out beautiful and is yet another item for our country to be proud of.

The Superbowl was amazing. I felt like I was the only person in my circle of friends that was going for New Orleans, which consequently worked out pretty well from a financial perspective. Ha Ha, I love it when a plan comes together. God knows I lost enough when the Bears were there a few years ago.

Kids hockey update, the CBSF Novice team suffered their second loss of the playoffs in a heartbreaker 4-3. They came out strong and scored 2 goals in the first minute, but the opposing team chipped away at them and came out on top. It was a great effort by the entire team.

The CBSF Mites, also suffered a loss this weekend 5-3. The scoreboard did not reflect the game. Our team played great. Sometimes the puck just doesn’t bounce your way. Both Morris boys took a break from scoring any points this weekend, but we are looking forward to big things next weekend after an aggressive family day training session on the outdoor rink with their uncle and cousin.

We’re proud to have had our design for a canoe display selected by Canadian Tire for a rollout coming this spring. Please support Canadian Tire and Canadian retail by visiting your local store and buy something.

We are about one quarter of the way through our first major installation and re-merchandising project with Ikea at The Queensway and Kipling store in Etobicoke, Ont. We look forward to being an excellent partner to Ikea going forward.
