Last month Frank + Oak opened its doors to the customers in Laval, Quebec. This is the first of six stores designed by Canada’s Best Store Fixtures Inc. Having a wide experience in online business, Frank + Oak entrusted CBSF with our expertise to create a physical environment that enhances customer shopping experience. This was a special project for Canada’s Best Store Fixtures Inc. as it was more than a typical men’s clothing store.

Frank + Oak has a different concept of shopping: creating an atmosphere for consumers to experience the Frank + Oak lifestyle. Men not only visit Frank + Oak to shop for fashionable clothes, they are welcome to ask for a styling advice, get a haircut at the barber while still in the store or relax in the lounge, reading books and magazines. Moreover, consumers can preselect specific clothes and styles to try in store, which is offered for the customer’s convenience. Frank + Oak offers affordable and high quality clothes while delivering an exceptional and personalized shopping experience through their sales consultants who are dedicated to making every store visit memorable.

Frank + Oak is focusing on the consumers and CBSF needed to emphasize that and create a model that can be followed with other store openings on the way. The design was developed within Frank + Oak guidelines and recommendations to achieve the atmosphere where people would want to stay and wouldn’t feel like they are in the store.

We used white oak, black coated metal with integrated LED lights and articulated mannequins to reflect a masculine touch and bond traditional and modern styles together. After five months of hard work the Laval store opened its doors to strong sales and strong customer acceptance. We are set to design the store environment and store fixtures for the next four Frank + Oak stores in Canada.
